Slick Carousel Continuous Scroll

Slick Carousel is our go-to carousel script for custom site carousels. Despite the name, it wasn’t created by us, but either way, it’s a nice piece of coding by Ken Wheeler and it could indeed be the “the last carousel you’ll ever need”. Anyway, an omitted feature of the script is a continuous scroll that you will find on other website carousels – but it is possible and here’s the code to accomplish this effect:-

jQuery(document).ready(function ($) {
$('.continuous').slick({
  speed: 9000,
  autoplay: true,
  autoplaySpeed: 0,
  cssEase: 'linear',
  slidesToShow: 1,
  slidesToScroll: 1,
  variableWidth: true,

});
  });

Make sure that you give the scrolling child elements a CSS width, but that’s it otherwise.

If you want to see the continuous slick carousel effect in action visit our client site Snowglobe Experience and scroll down to the continuous logo carousel.
