Pagelines DMS TextBox with wpautop Toggle

Here is a very basic initial version of the Pagelines DMS 2 TextBox with a ‘wpautop’ toggle for you to use, or remove the automatically added <p> and <br> tags. I’ve called this modified section ‘TextBlock’.
